Paying back on time is the responsible thing to do. We are very diligent when we process a loan, and we try to accommodate our client to the best of our abilities. We expect the same courtesy when the client has to pay us back.

Not paying back on time can also have annoying consequences. Missing only three installments will put you on our blacklist. Being on our blacklist means, you will never have the chance to lend with us again. This is valid on Curacao and all other offices outside the country.

Missing more installments will initiate a court process against you that will result in additional court and collection expenses.  It is wise to never let it come to that.

Always call us, and inform us about any difficulty you have in paying us on time. If you have a very valid reason, we will not execute the above mentioned steps. Communication is the key.
