A loan request is handled at our main office in Curacao. It goes through the following departments at BIGNET:

• Loan Registration
• Compliance
• Cash Management
• Approval

Usually you are notified in 8 hours if your loan is approved or not. Once approved it can be paid out immediately, if the client signs the contract, and delivers the proof of standing order or employer payment. If your case requires more scrutiny it could take longer.
